Bugs:

1. Cart.make <Cart Name> has a error/does not work
2. python command stops program until python terminal is closed
3. Text is overlapping the Input station.

Instructions:

First, Install Python, then download Pygame, then download VS studio code, then click Open Folder, <Directory>/C16/, then click on Main.py, then click the start button on the top right of the screen.
